The best content already exists. Someone just has to recognize it.

The strongest content doesn't begin with a blank page. It begins with expertise.

Every organization already has valuable knowledge. It surfaces in leadership conversations, customer questions, presentations, podcasts, and everyday discussions. The challenge isn't finding something to write about. It's recognizing what deserves a larger audience.

That's the work I enjoy most.

Over the past decade, I've partnered with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership across articles, podcasts, newsletters, presentations, websites, video, and social content.

Technology changes how we publish. Knowing what's worth publishing still matters most.

A selection of projects that demonstrate how editorial strategy takes shape across thought leadership, podcasts, website launches, executive communications, and AI education.

Website Relaunch Campaign

A website launch is an opportunity to tell a new story. This project aligned website strategy, executive messaging, thought leadership, and customer communications around a shared narrative, helping the organization communicate where it was headed and why that mattered to its audience.

Catalyst for the Trades Podcast

A podcast captures a conversation. Editorial strategy extends its value. As producer of Catalyst for the Trades, I developed the editorial workflow that transformed every episode into articles, newsletters, LinkedIn content, video, educational resources, and future discussions. Each conversation became the starting point for an ongoing publishing strategy.

AI Thought Leadership Series

AI created no shortage of headlines. The opportunity was helping people understand what those headlines meant for their businesses. Working closely with executives and industry experts, I developed educational content that connected emerging technology with practical business decisions, giving audiences the context they needed to understand both what changed and why it mattered.

My Approach

Good editorial strategy begins long before anyone opens a document. It starts with understanding what people need to know. Every project begins with the same questions. What does the audience need to understand? Who inside the organization already has that knowledge? How can one strong idea continue creating value across multiple formats? Those questions shape every editorial strategy I develop.

Find the signal

The most valuable ideas rarely announce themselves. They appear in conversations, patterns, customer questions, and moments that might otherwise be overlooked. My role is recognizing which of those moments deserve to become something more.

Build the editorial plan

Publishing is only the beginning. I develop editorial plans that help organizations extend the life of their expertise across multiple channels while using AI where it improves efficiency without replacing editorial judgment.

Create clarity

Thought leadership isn't measured by how much information you publish. It's measured by how well people understand it. Whether the format is an article, podcast, newsletter, presentation, website, or learning resource, the goal is always the same: leave people with greater clarity than they had before.

Where My Approach Comes From

I started my career as a journalist. I thought the job would be about writing.

Instead, I learned to pay attention.

The detail someone almost skipped because it felt obvious. The explanation that suddenly made a complicated topic make sense. The connection between today's news and why it mattered.

That way of thinking stayed with me. It continues to shape how I approach editorial strategy today.

Across healthcare, B2B technology, AI, and professional services, I've partnered with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership, produce podcasts, launch websites, and build editorial programs that help organizations communicate their expertise more clearly.

The work has evolved over the years. Curiosity hasn't.
